[Machine] He came one day and sat in front of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and he said to him, "Sit, my son, and say 'Bismillah' (in the name of Allah), and eat with your right hand, and eat from what is in front of you." Abu 'Abd al-Rahman said, "This is the correct way according to us, and Allah knows best, and success is from Allah."  

الكبرى للنسائي:٦٧٢٣أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ عَنْ هِشَامٍ قَالَ خَالِدٌ فِي هَذَا الْحَدِيثِ قِرَاءَةً عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي سَعْدٍ وَقَدْ سُمِّيَ السَّعْدِيُّ حَدَّثَهُ السَّعْدِيُّ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ مُزَيْنَةَ كَانَ جَارًا لِعُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ فَحَدَّثَ الْمُزَنِيُّ أَنَّ عُمَرَ ذَكَرَ

أَنَّهُ جَاءَ يَوْمًا وَبَيْنَ يَدَيْ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَقَالَ لَهُ «اجْلِسْ بُنَيَّ فَسَمِّ اللهَ وَكُلْ بِيَمِينِكَ وَكُلْ مِمَّا يَلِيكَ» قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَهَذَا الصَّوَابُ عِنْدَنَا وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ وَبِاللهِ التَّوْفِيقُ
