[Machine] "That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ ruled by intercession in cases where there was no distribution, but when prescribed punishments were inflicted, there is no intercession." 11733 And narrated from Al-Harith bin Miskin, from Ibn Al-Qasim, from Malik, from Ibn Shihab, from Sa'id and Abu Salamah, from the Prophet ﷺ , who said it as a Mursal Hadith.

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالشُّفْعَةِ فِيمَا لَمْ يُقْسَمْ فَإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْحُدُودُ فَلَا شُفْعَةَ» 11733 وَعَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ مِسْكِينٍ عَنِ ابْنِ الْقَاسِمِ عَنْ مَالِكٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ وَأَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ بِهِ مُرْسَلًا
