قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى: {فَمَنْ كَانَ مِنْكُمْ مَرِيضًا أَوْ بِهِ أَذًى مِنْ رَأْسِهِ} [البقرة: 196]

[Machine] Fasting is for three days, and charity is for six needy people, and the rituals are whatever is easy.

الكبرى للنسائي:١٠٩٦٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ حَدَّثَنَا أَزْهَرُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ قَالَ فِيَّ أُنْزِلَتْ هَذِهِ الْآيَةُ فَأَتَيْتُ فَقَالَ «ادْنُ» فَدَنَوْتُ فَقَالَ «أَيُؤْذِيكَ هَوَامُّكَ؟» §فَأَمَرَنِي بِصِيَامٍ أَوْ صَدَقَةٍ أَوْ نُسُكٍ قَالَ ابْنُ عَوْنٍ فَفَسَّرَهُ لِي مُجَاهِدٌ فَلَمْ أَحْفَظْهُ فَسَأَلْتُ أَيُّوبَ فَقَالَ

الصِّيَامُ ثَلَاثَةُ أَيَّامٍ وَالصَّدَقَةُ عَلَى سِتَّةِ مَسَاكِينَ وَالنُّسُكُ مَا اسْتَيْسَرَ
