ذِكْرُ مَا بَارَكَ اللَّهُ فِي الْيَسِيرِ مِنْ بَرَكَةِ الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ

ibnhibban:6415ʿAbdullāh b. Muḥammad al-Azdī > Isḥāq b. Ibrāhīm > Abū Muʿāwiyah > Hishām b. ʿUrwah from his father > ʿĀʾishah

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ passed away and left behind some barley. We continued to eat from it until a servant girl finished it. If it had not run out, I would have hoped for more to remain."  

ابن حبّان:٦٤١٥أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَزْدِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ

«تُوُفِّيَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ وَتَرَكَ عِنْدَنَا شَيْئًا مِنْ شَعِيرٍ فَمَازِلْنَا نَأْكُلُ مِنْهُ حَتَّى كَالَتْهُ الْجَارِيَةُ فَلَمْ يَلْبَثْ أَنْ فَنِيَ وَلَوْ لَمْ تَكِلْهُ لَرَجَوْتُ أَنْ يَبْقَى أَكْثَرُ»
