ذِكْرُ ثَمَنِ الشَّعِيرِ الَّذِي كَانَ لِلْيَهُودِيِّ عَلَى الْمُصْطَفَى ﷺ عِنْدَ رَهْنِهِ إِيَّاهُ دِرْعَهُ

ibnhibban:5937al-Ḥasan b. Sufyān > al-ʿAbbās b. al-Walīd b. Ṣubḥ > Ādam > Shaybān > Qatādah > Anas

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ pledged his shield to a Jew for a dinar, but he could not find anything to redeem it with, so he kept the shield until he passed away."  

ابن حبّان:٥٩٣٧أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ صُبْحٍ حَدَّثَنَا آدَمُ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ

«رَهَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ دِرْعًا لَهُ عِنْدَ يَهُودِيٍّ بِدِينَارٍ فَمَا وَجَدَ مَا يَفْتَكُّهَا بِهِ حَتَّى مَاتَ»
