ذِكْرُ إِبَاحَةِ عَزْلِ الْمَرْءِ امْرَأَتَهُ بِإِذْنِهَا أَوْ جَارِيَتَهُ

[Machine] "We used to isolate ourselves during the era of the Prophet ﷺ and he never prohibited us from doing so."

We used to practice coitus interrupt us during the lifetime of Messenger of Allah ﷺ .  

البخاري:٥٢٠٧حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

كُنَّا نَعْزِلُ عَلَى عَهْدِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ

We used to practise 'azl during the lifetime of Messenger of Allah ﷺ. This (the news of this practise) reached Allah's Apostle ﷺ, and he did not forbid us.  

مسلم:١٤٤٠cوَحَدَّثَنِي أَبُو غَسَّانَ الْمِسْمَعِيُّ حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ هِشَامٍ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ

كُنَّا نَعْزِلُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَبَلَغَ ذَلِكَ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ﷺ فَلَمْ يَنْهَنَا

'We used to practice coitus interruptus during the time of the Messenger of Allah when the Qur'an was being revealed.” (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1927)

أحمد:١٥٠٧٢حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ وَذَكَرُوا الْعَزْلَ فَقَالَ

كُنَّا نَصْنَعُهُ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ

[Machine] We enjoyed during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ without being forbidden from it, and no prohibition was revealed regarding it.  

أحمد:١٩٩٤٠حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ

تَمَتَّعْنَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَلَمْ يَنْهَنَا عَنْهَا وَلَمْ يَنْزِلْ فِيهَا نَهْيٌ  

ذِكْرُ الزَّجْرِ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ بَيْنَ السَّوَارِي جَمَاعَةً

I offered the Friday prayer along with Anas ibn Malik. We were pushed to the pillars (due to the crowd of people). We, therefore, stopped forward and backward. Anas then said: We used to avoid it (setting a row between the pillars) during the time of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. (Using translation from Abū Dāʾūd 673)   

ابن حبّان:٢٢١٨أَخْبَرَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بُنْدَارٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ هَانِئٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ مَحْمُودٍ قَالَ «صَلَّيْتُ إِلَى جَنْبِ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ بَيْنَ السَّوَارِي» فَقَالَ

«كُنَّا نَتَّقِي هَذَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ»  

حُمَيْدٌ الطَّوِيلُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ

الطبراني:١٥٥٤٠حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ ثنا ابْنُ عَائِشَةَ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ حُصَيْنٍ قَالَ

«تَمَتَّعْنَا عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَلَمْ يَنْهَنَا عَنْهَا وَلَمْ يُنْزِلِ اللهُ ﷻ فِيهَا شَيْئًا»
