ذِكْرُ خَبَرٍ ثَانٍ يُصَرِّحُ بِصِحَّةِ مَا ذَكَرْنَاهُ

ibnhibban:3085 – Muḥammad b. Muḥammad b. Yūsuf al-ʿAdawī Abū Dhar Bibukhārá > Yaḥyá b. Suhayl > Abū ʿĀṣim > Sufyān And Dhakar Muḥammad b. Muḥammad b. Yūsuf Ākhar Maʿah > Sulaymān al-Shaybānī > al-Shaʿbī > Ibn ʿAbbās

I said to Sha'bi: Who narrated it to you? He said: An authentic one, 'Abdullah b. 'Abbas. This is the word of a hasan hadith. In the narration of Ibn Numair (the words are): The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went to the grave which had been newly prepared and prayed over it, and they also prayed who were behind him and he recited four takbirs. I said to 'Amir: Who narrated it to you? He said: An authentic one who saw him, i e. Ibn 'Abbas. (Using translation from Muslim 954a)  

ابن حبّان:٣٠٨٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ الْعَدَوِيُّ أَبُو ذَرٍ بِبُخَارَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُهَيْلٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَذَكَرَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يُوسُفَ آخَرُ مَعَهُ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «صَلَّى عَلَى قَبْرٍ بَعْدَمَا دُفِنَ»

That the Prophet prayed at the grave of a woman after she had been buried.  

النسائي:٢٠٢٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْمُغِيرَةُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ وَهُوَ أَبُو أُسَامَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ بُرْقَانَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْزُوقٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى عَلَى قَبْرِ امْرَأَةٍ بَعْدَ مَا دُفِنَتْ  

ibnmajah:1531 – al-ʿAbbās b. ʿAbd al-ʿAẓīm al-ʿAnbarī And Muḥammad b. Yaḥyá > Aḥmad b. Ḥanbal > Ghundar > Shuʿbah > Ḥabīb b. al-Shahīd > Thābit > Anas

It was narrated from Anas that the Prophet ﷺ offered the funeral prayer at a grave after the burial.  

ابن ماجة:١٥٣١ – حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَظِيمِ الْعَنْبَرِيُّ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ الشَّهِيدِ عَنْ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ أَنَسٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى عَلَى قَبْرٍ بَعْدَ مَا قُبِرَ

It was narrated from Ibn Buraidah from his father that the Prophet ﷺ offered the funeral prayer for a deceased person after he had been buried.  

ابن ماجة:١٥٣٢ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ حَدَّثَنَا مِهْرَانُ بْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ عَنْ أَبِي سِنَانٍ عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ بْنِ مَرْثَدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ صَلَّى عَلَى مَيِّتٍ بَعْدَ مَا دُفِنَ

ibnhibban:3083 – al-Faḍl b. al-Ḥubāb al-Jumaḥī > Abū al-Walīd al-Ṭayālisī > Sharīk > ʿUthmān b. Ḥakīm > Khārijah b. Zayd b. Thābit from his uncle Yazīd b. Thābit

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet ﷺ offered the funeral prayer for Najashi and said four Takbir. (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1538)   

ابن حبّان:٣٠٨٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْجُمَحِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ حَكِيمٍ عَنْ خَارِجَةَ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ عَنْ عَمِّهِ يَزِيدَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ «صَلَّى عَلَى قَبْرِ فُلَانَةَ فَكَبَّرَ أَرْبَعًا»  

ذِكْرُ الْإِبَاحَةِ لِمَنْ فَاتَتْهُ الصَّلَاةُ عَلَى الْجَنَازَةِ أَنْ يُصَلِّيَ عَلَى قَبْرِ الْمَدْفُونِ
