[Machine] "He delegated the dispute regarding the cursed ones' children to Ali ibn Abi Talib, so he gave his mother her inheritance and made her his family."  

الحاكم:٧٩٨٩ – وَأَنْبَأَ أَبُو يَحْيَى ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ

«اخْتُصِمَ إِلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ فِي وَلَدِ الْمُلَاعَنَةِ فَأَعْطَى مِيرَاثَهُ أُمَّهُ وَجَعَلَهَا عَصَبَتَهُ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ هَذَا هُوَ الصَّغَانِيُّ بِلَا شَكٍّ فِيهِ صحيح
