الحاكم:٧٥٧٢أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ تَمِيْمٍ الْقَنْطَرِيُّ ثَنَا أَبُو قِلَابَةَ ثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ أَنْبَأَ ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ وَعِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي رَجُلٍ ذَبَحَ وَنَسِيَ أَنْ يُسَمِّيَ قَالَ «يَأْكُلُ» وَفِي الْمَجُوسِيِّ يَذْبَحُ وَيُسَمِّي قَالَ

«لَا تَأْكُلْ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ على شرط البخاري ومسلم
