الحاكم:٣٠٨٠ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ جَعْفَرُ بْنُ محمد بن نُصَيْرٍ الْخُلْدِيُّ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ

فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى {فَمَنْ عُفِيَ لَهُ مِنْ أَخِيهِ شَيْءٌ} [البقرة 178] قَالَ «هُوَ الْعَمْدُ بِرِضَاءِ أَهْلِهِ»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ سكت عنه الذهبي في التلخيص
