[Machine] Indeed, it is not marriage, but rather sexual intercourse. Only a person who commits adultery or practices polytheism engages in it.

الحاكم:٢٧٨٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ ثنا أَبُو يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي مَسَرَّةَ ثنا خَلَّادُ بْنُ يَحْيَى وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ حَسَّانَ قَالَا ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْنِ أَبِي عَمْرَةَ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ {الزَّانِي لَا يَنْكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً} [النور 3] قَالَ

«أَمَا إِنَّهُ لَيْسَ بِالنِّكَاحِ وَلَكِنَّهُ الْجِمَاعُ لَا يَزْنِي بِهَا إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوْ مُشْرِكٌ»

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح
