that the Messenger of Allah said : "If a slave gets married without his master's permission, he is a fornicator." (Using translation from Ibn Mājah 1959)  

الحاكم:٢٧٨٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ الْفَقِيهُ قَالَ قُرِئَ عَلَى عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُ ثنا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ثنا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْعَبْدُ بِغَيْرِ إِذَنِ سَيِّدِهِ كَانَ عَاهِرًا»  

هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحُ الْإِسْنَادِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ صحيح

Abdullah narrated that the Prophet said: "Whichever slave gets married without the permission of his owner, then he is a fornicator."  

Abū ʿĪsá said that this Ḥadīth is Ḥasan-Ṣaḥīḥ.

قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ
