الحاكم:٢٧٥١ – أَخْبَرَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ صَالِحِ بْنِ هَانِئٍ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ وَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحَافِظُ أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْعَبَّاسِ الْبَجَلِيُّ قَالَا ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا شُعْبَةُ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا إِسْحَاقَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ كُنْتُ مَعَ ثَابِتِ بْنِ وَدِيعَةَ وَقَرَظَةَ بْنِ كَعْبٍ فِي عُرْسٍ فَسَمِعْتُ صَوْتًا فَقُلْتُ أَلَا تَسْمَعَانِ؟ فَقَالَا إِنَّهُ «رَخَّصَ فِي الْغِنَاءِ فِي الْعُرْسِ وَالْبُكَاءِ عَلَى الْمَيِّتِ مِنْ غَيْرِ نِيَاحَةٍ» هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ شَرِيكُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ
