الدارمي:٣١٣٣ – حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ حَدَّثَنِي مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ فِي الْأَسِيرِ يُوصِي قَالَ

«أُجِيزُ لَهُ وَصِيَّتَهُ مَا دَامَ عَلَى دِينِهِ لَمْ يَتَغَيَّرْ عَنْ دِينِهِ»
