[Machine] From Hassan concerning a man who bequeathed half of his wealth to one person and a third of his wealth to another person, he said: They should both give a third of their inheritance as charity. One person should give it from his half and the other person should give it from his third.  

عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي رَجُلٍ أَوْصَى لِرَجُلٍ بِنِصْفِ مَالِهِ وَلِآخَرَ بِثُلُثِ مَالِهِ قَالَ يَضْرِبَانِ بِذَلِكَ فِي الثُّلُثِ هَذَا بِالنِّصْفِ وَهَذَا بِالثُّلُثِ
