from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: "There are three to whom Allah ﷻ will not speak on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He look at them, nor will He purify them, and they will have a painful punishment." He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited it three times. Abu Dharr said, "They have failed and lost; who are they, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "The one who lets his garment hang low, the one who reminds others of his favors, and the one who sells his merchandise by a false oath."

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ: «ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ، وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ، وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ». قَالَ: فَقَرَأَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ثَلاَثَ مِرَارٍ. قَالَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ: خَابُوا وَخَسِرُوا، مَنْ هُمْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: «الْمُسْبِلُ، وَالْمَنَّانُ، وَالْمُنَفِّقُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِالْحَلِفِ الْكَاذِبِ».

Allah shall neither speak nor look at nor absolve then, and there is a tormenting punishment for them.

وَقَالَ ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ

Three (are the persons) with whom Allah would neither speak, nor would He absolve them on the Day of Resurrection. Abu Mu'awiya added: He would not look at them and there is grievous torment for them: the aged adulterer, the liar king and the proud destitute.

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ قَالَ أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ شَيْخٌ زَانٍ وَمَلِكٌ كَذَّابٌ وَعَائِلٌ مُسْتَكْبِرٌ

That the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Three will not be spoken to by Allah on the Day of Judgement, nor will they be purified, and for them is a painful torment: A man that gave a pledge to an Imam, and if he gives to him he fulfills it, and if he does not give to him he does not fulfill not fulfill it."

رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ رَجُلٌ بَايَعَ إِمَامًا فَإِنْ أَعْطَاهُ وَفَى لَهُ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُعْطِهِ لَمْ يَفِ لَهُ

"The Messenger of Allah said: "There are three to whom of Allah will not speak on the Day of Resurrection or look at them or purify them, and theirs will be a painful torment: the one who reminds people of what he has given them, the one who lets his garment hang beneath his ankles, and a vendor who tries to sell his product by means of false oaths."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ ﷻ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ الْمَنَّانُ بِمَا أَعْطَى وَالْمُسْبِلُ إِزَارَهُ وَالْمُنَفِّقُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِالْحَلِفِ الْكَاذِبِ

"The Messenger of Allah said: "There are three to whom Allah, it Mighty and Sublime, with not speak on the Day of Resurrection: An old man who commits adultery, a poor man who is arrogant, and an Imam who tells lies."'

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ ﷻ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الشَّيْخُ الزَّانِي وَالْعَائِلُ الْمَزْهُوُّ وَالإِمَامُ الْكَذَّابُ

"There are three to whom Allah will not speak on the Day of Resurrection, or will He look at them, or sanctify them, and theirs will be a painful torment: Abu Dharr said:" May they be lost and doomed: He said: "The one who drags his Izar (below the ankles) the one who sells his product by means of false oaths, and the one who reminds others (Al-Mannan) of what he has given to them"

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ ثَلاَثَةٌ لاَ يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلاَ يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلاَ يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ فَقَرَأَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ أَبُو ذَرٍّ خَابُوا وَخَسِرُوا قَالَ الْمُسْبِلُ إِزَارَهُ وَالْمُنَفِّقُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِالْحَلِفِ الْكَاذِبِ وَالْمَنَّانُ عَطَاءَهُ

[AI] Regarding the Prophet ﷺ, Allah will not look at three individuals on the Day of Judgment: the lying leader, the adulterous elder, and the arrogant poor person.

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الْإِمَامُ الْكَذَّابُ وَالشَّيْخُ الزَّانِي وَالْعَائِلُ الْمَزْهُوُّ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ شَيْخٌ زَانٍ وَمَلِكٌ كَذَّابٌ وَعَائِلٌ مُسْتَكْبِرٌ

The Prophet ﷺ as saying: There are three to whom Allah will not speak and at whom He will not look on the Day of Resurrection, and whom He will not declare pure, and they will have a painful punishment. I asked: Who are they, Messenger of Allah, they are losers and disappointed ? He repeated it three times. I asked: Who are they. Messenger of Allah, they are losers and disappointed ? He replied: The one who wears a trailing robe, the one who takes account of what he gives, and the one who produces a ready sale of a commodity by false swearing. قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللهُ وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌأَلِيمٌ الْمُسْبِلُ وَالْمَنَّانُ وَالْمُنَفِّقُ سِلْعَتَهُ بِالْحَلِفِ الْفَاجِرِ

[AI] On the authority of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ , he said: "Three people will not be looked upon favorably by Allah on the Day of Judgment: an old man who commits adultery, a lying imam, and a boastful family."

عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ «ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الشَّيْخُ الزَّانِي وَالْإِمَامُ الْكَذَّابُ وَالْعَائِلُ الْمَزْهُوُّ»

"The Messenger of Allah said: "There are three to whom Allah, it Mighty and Sublime, with not speak on the Day of Resurrection: An old man who commits adultery, a poor man who is arrogant, and an Imam who tells lies."' (Using translation from Nasāʾī 2575)

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الْإِمَامُ الْكَذَّابُ وَالشَّيْخُ الزَّانِي وَالْعَائِلُ الْمَزْهُوُّ»

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ الشَّيْخُ الزَّانِي وَالْإِمَامُ الْكَذَّابُ وَالْعَائِلُ الْمَزْهُوُّ

عَن النَّبِيّ ﷺ قال ثلاثة ما ينظر الله إليهم الإمام الكذاب والشيخ الزاني والعائل المزهو

قَالَ قَالَ رَسُول اللهِ ﷺ ثَلاثَةٌ لا يَنْظُرُ اللَّهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الشيخ الزاني والإمام الكذاب والعائل المزهو قال يزيد العائل المزهو الفقير الفخور

"The Messenger of Allah said: "There are three to whom of Allah will not speak on the Day of Resurrection or look at them or purify them, and theirs will be a painful torment: the one who reminds people of what he has given them, the one who lets his garment hang beneath his ankles, and a vendor who tries to sell his product by means of false oaths." [AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are three types of people whom Allah will not look at on the Day of Judgment, nor purify them, and they will have a painful punishment: an adulterous old man, a lying religious leader, and a proud nobleman." And Muhammad ibn al-Ala' said in his narration, "an adulterous old man, a deceitful king, and an arrogant nobleman."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يَنْظُرُ اللهُ إِلَيْهِمْ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ الشَّيْخُ الزَّانِي وَالْإِمَامُ الْكَذَّابُ وَالْعَائِلُ الْمُخْتَالُ» وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ فِي حَدِيثِهِ شَيْخٌ زَانٍ وَمَلِكٌ كَذَّابٌ وَعَائِلٌ مُسْتَكْبِرٌ

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are three types of people whom Allah will not speak to on the Day of Judgment, nor will He purify them, and they will have a painful punishment: a elderly person who commits adultery, a lying ruler, and a proud insolent person."

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُمُ اللهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ شَيْخٌ يَزْنِي وَمَلِكٌ كَذَّابٌ وَعَائِلٌ مُسْتَكْبِرٌ

"ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا يُكَلِّمُهُم اللَّه يَوْمَ القيَامَةِ وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِليهمْ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَهمُ عَذَابٌ أَليمٌ: الْمُسْبِلُ إِزَارَهُ، وَالمنَّانُ الَّذِى لَا يُعْطِى شَيْئًا إِلَّا مَنَّهُ، وَالْمُنَفِّقُ سِلْعَتَهُ بالْحَلِفِ الْكَاذِبِ".

"ثَلَاثَةٌ لا يُكَلِّمُهُم اللَّه يومَ القيامةِ ولا يزكِّيهم، ولا ينظرُ إِليهم، ولهم عذابٌ أَليمٌ: شيخٌ زانٍ، وملكٌ كذَّابٌ، وعائلٌ مُسْتكبر".
