[Machine] The companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ had differences regarding this matter. Some of them disliked it, while others did not see any harm in it.  

البيهقي:٩٩٤١ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ مَطَرٍ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ ثنا أَبِي ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عِمْرَانَ عَنْ عبَدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَمَّاسٍ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ عَائِشَةَ فَسَأَلْتُهَا عَنْ لَحْمِ الصَّيْدِ يُهْدِيهِ الْحَلَالُ لِلْحَرَامِ فَقَالَتْ

اخْتَلَفَ فِيهَا أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَكَرِهَه بَعْضُهُمْ وَلَمْ يَرَ بَعْضُهُمْ بَأْسًا وَلَيْسَ بِهِ بَأْسٌ
