البيهقي:٩٠٧٧وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْقَاضِي ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ كَانَ يُفْتِي النِّسَاءَ إِذَا أَحْرَمْنَ أَنْ يَقْطَعْنَ الْخُفَّيْنِ حَتَّى أَخْبَرَتْهُ صَفِيَّةُ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّهَا تُفْتِي النِّسَاءَ أَنْ لَا

يَقْطَعْنَ فَانْتَهَى عَنْهُ
