[Machine] I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying, "Do not go to extremes in making the shroud expensive, for it will be quickly snatched away (by others)."  

البيهقي:٦٦٩٥أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الْمُحَارِبِيُّ ثنا عَمْرٌو أَبُو مَالِكٍ الْجَنْبِيُّ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ ؓ قَالَ لَا يُغَالَى فِي كَفَنٍ؛ فَإِنِّي

سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَا تُغَالُوا فِي الْكَفَنِ؛ فَإِنَّهُ يُسْلَبُ سَلْبًا سَرِيعًا
