[Machine] It was said, "O Messenger of Allah, do you perform ablution from the well of Buda'ah? It is a well in which dead animals, menstrual cloths, and dogs are thrown." He said, "The water is pure, nothing makes it impure."  

البيهقي:٦ – أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ نا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَفَّانَ نا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ عَنِ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ كَعْبٍ الْقُرَظِيِّ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ قَالَ

قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَنَتَوَضَّأُ مِنْ بِئْرِ بُضَاعَةَ؟ وَهِيَ بِئْرٌ يُلْقَى فِيهَا النَّتْنُ وَالْجِيفَةُ وَالْمَحِيضُ وَالْكِلَابُ فَقَالَ الْمَاءُ طَهُورٌ لَا يُنَجِّسُهُ شَيْءٌ  

أَخْرَجَهُ أَبُو دَاوُدَ فِي السُّنَنِ قَالَ وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ قَالَ الشَّيْخُ أَحْمَدُ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ تَعَالَى وَالْحَدِيثُ عَلَى طَهُورِهِ إِذَا لَمْ تُلْقَ فِي الْبِئْرِ نَجَاسَةٌ فَإِذَا أُلْقِيَتْ فِيهَا نَجَاسَةٌ فَمَعْنَى الْحَدِيثِ فِيمَا بَلَغَ قُلَّتَيْنِ وَلَمْ يَتَغَيَّرْ وَدَلِيلُهُ يَرِدُ فِي مَوْضِعِهِ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ تَعَالَى
