[Machine] "Zaid ibn Aslam, Rabi'ah ibn Abi Abdur Rahman, Muhammad ibn Munkadir, and Abu Zinad reported regarding their sayings. They went to Al-Walid, who had sent for them to seek their opinion on a matter. They would gather between noon and afternoon when the sun disappeared."  

البيهقي:٥٥٤٢وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ الْفَضْلِ الْقَطَّانُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ ثنا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الدَّرَاوَرْدِيُّ

عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ وَرَبِيعَةَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ وَمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ وَأَبِي الزِّنَادِ فِي أَمْثَالٍ لَهُمْ خَرَجُوا إِلَى الْوَلِيدِ كَانَ أَرْسَلَ إِلَيْهِمْ لِيَسْتَفْتِيَهُمْ فِي شَيْءٍ فَكَانُوا يَجْمَعُونَ بَيْنَ الظُّهْرِ وَالْعَصْرِ إِذَا زَالَتِ الشَّمْسُ
