[Machine] That two men claimed ownership of a camel, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent two witnesses for each of them, and thus the Messenger of Allah ﷺ divided it between them.  

البيهقي:٢١٢٢٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ عَبْدَانَ أنبأ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا تَمْتَامٌ يَعْنِي مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ غَالِبٍ حَدَّثَنِي هُدْبَةُ ثنا هَمَّامٌ ثنا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى

أَنَّ رَجُلَيْنِ ادَّعَيَا بَعِيرًا فَبَعَثَ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا شَاهِدَيْنِ فَقَسَمَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ بَيْنَهُمَا وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ عَنْ هَمَّامٍ وَهُوَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ هَمَّامِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ قَتَادَةَ بِهَذَا اللَّفْظِ مَحْفُوظٌ
