أَنَّ الْحَلِفَ بِالْقُرْآنِ يَكُونُ يَمِينًا فِي الْجُمْلَةِ ثُمَّ التَّغْلِيظُ فِي الْكَفَّارَةِ مَتْرُوكٌ بِالْإِجْمَاعِ
