[Machine] "I swear by Allah, there is nothing until he says, 'I swear by Allah.' It has been narrated in this hadith that it is authentic except that it is weak with Marrah."  

البيهقي:١٩٨٨٦أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرِ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ أنبأ أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ نُجَيْدٍ أنبأ أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ ثنا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ إِذَا قَالَ

أَقْسَمْتُ فَلَيْسَ بِشَيْءٍ حَتَّى يَقُولَ أَقْسَمْتُ بِاللهِ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ فِي هَذَا حَدِيثٌ مُسْنَدٌ إِلَّا أَنَّهُ ضَعِيفٌ بِمَرَّةٍ
