[Machine] "The Prophet ﷺ heard me while I was swearing by my father. He said, 'Verily, Allah forbids you from swearing by your fathers.' Umar said, 'I have never sworn by it, mentioning it or neglecting it.'"  

البيهقي:١٩٨٢٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ السُّكَّرِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ الرَّمَادِيُّ ثنا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ قَالَ

سَمِعَنِي النَّبِيُّ ﷺ وَأَنَا أَحْلِفُ أَقُولُ وَأَبِي فَقَالَ إِنَّ اللهَ يَنْهَاكُمْ أَنْ تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ قَالَ عُمَرُ فَمَا حَلَفْتُ بِهَا ذَاكِرًا وَلَا آثِرًا  

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَبْدِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّزَّاقِ وَاخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ عَلَى مَعْمَرٍ وَابْنِ عُيَيْنَةَ فَقِيلَ عَنْهُمَا هَكَذَا وَقِيلَ عَنْهُمَا بِالضِّدِّ مِنْ ذَلِكَ وَرَوَاهُ يُونُسُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ وَعَقِيلُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ وَالزُّبَيْدِيُّ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِيهَ عَنْ عُمَرَ ؓ
