البيهقي:١٨٦٥٢ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ إِمْلَاءً أنبأ أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ ثنا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ سَمِعَ بَجَالَةَ بْنَ عَبْدَةَ يَقُولُ كُنْتُ كَاتِبًا لِجَزْءِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَمِّ الْأَحْنَفِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ فَأَتَاهُ كِتَابُ عُمَرَ ؓ اقْتُلُوا كُلَّ سَاحِرٍ وَفَرِّقُوا بَيْنَ كُلِّ ذِي مَحْرَمٍ مِنَ الْمَجُوسِ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ عُمَرُ ؓ أَخَذَ الْجِزْيَةَ مِنَ الْمَجُوسِ حَتَّى شَهِدَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ ؓ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ أَخَذَهَا مِنْ مَجُوسِ هَجَرَ  

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ 18653 أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنبأ الشَّافِعِيُّ أنبأ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ فَذَكَرَهُ بِإِسْنَادِهِ مُخْتَصَرًا فِي الْجِزْيَةِ قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ رَحِمَهُ اللهُ حَدِيثُ بَجَالَةَ مُتَّصِلٌ ثَابِتٌ وَإِنَّهُ أَدْرَكَ عُمَرَ ؓ وَكَانَ رَجُلًا فِي زَمَانِهِ كَاتِبًا لِعُمَّالِهِ وَحَدِيثُ نَصْرِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ ؓ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ مُتَّصِلٌ وَبِهِ نَأْخُذُ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ حَدِيثِ الْحِجَازِ حَدِيثَانِ مُنْقَطِعَانِ بِأَخْذِ الْجِزْيَةِ مِنَ الْمَجُوسِ
