[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said: "Al-Fajr (dawn) is of two types." He mentioned the hadith with a similar meaning and it has also been narrated from another source, both as musnad (attributed to the Prophet) and maqful (attributed to a companion or a successor of the Prophet).  

البيهقي:١٧٦٦أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ ثنا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ وَثنا أَبُو نَصْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ ثنا صَالِحُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ قَالَا أنا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ الْفَجْرُ فَجْرَانِ فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءٌ وَقَدْ رُوِيَ مِنْ وَجْهٍ آخَرَ مُسْنَدًا وَمَوْقُوفًا
