البيهقي:١٧٢٤٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْإِسْفِرَايِينِيُّ ابْنُ السَّقَّاءِ أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ بَطَّةَ ثنا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَكَرِيَّا الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأُمَوِيُّ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ فِي قِرَاءَةِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ وَالسَّارِقُ وَالسَّارِقَةُ فَاقْطَعُوا أَيْمَانَهُمَا وَكَذَلِكَ رَوَاهُ سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَجِيحٍ وَهَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَهُ إِبْرَاهِيمُ النَّخَعِيُّ إِلَّا

أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي قِرَاءَتِنَا وَالسَّارِقُونَ وَالسَّارِقَاتُ تُقْطَعُ أَيْمَانُهُمْ
