البيهقي:١٦٣٣٠ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو الْفَضْلِ بْنُ خَمِيرَوَيْهِ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ نَجْدَةَ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ ثنا حَجَّاجٌ عَنْ مَكْحُولٍ عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ فِي الشَّعْرِ إِذَا لَمْ يَنْبُتِ الدِّيَةُ هَذَا مُنْقَطِعٌ وَالْحَجَّاجُ بْنُ أَرْطَاةَ لَا يُحْتَجُّ بِهِ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ وَرُوِّينَا عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْحَاجِبِ ثُلُثُ الدِّيَةِ قَالَ ابْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ فِي الشَّعْرِ يُجْنَى عَلَيْهِ فَلَا يَنْبُتُ رُوِّينَا عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَزَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ؓ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا فِيهِ الدِّيَةُ قَالَ وَلَا يَثْبُتُ عَنْ
