[Machine] I asked Safiyyah bint Shaybah if the Prophet ﷺ married Maymunah while he was in a state of ihram. She said, "No, he married her while he was in a state of halal (permissibility)."  

البيهقي:١٤٢٠٨أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أنبأ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الصَّفَّارُ بِمَكَّةَ ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ أنبأ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أنبأ مَعْمَرٌ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ قَالَ

سَأَلْتُ صَفِيَّةَ بِنْتَ شَيْبَةَ أَتَزَوَّجَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ مَيْمُونَةَ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ؟ قَالَتْ بَلْ تَزَوَّجَهَا وَهُوَ حَلَالٌ
