البيهقي:١٣٥٤٤ – قَالَ وَنا سَعِيدٌ نا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ قَالَ لَا تَضَعُ الْمُسْلِمَةُ خِمَارَهَا عِنْدَ مُشْرِكَةٍ وَلَا تُقَبِّلُهَا؛

لِأَنَّ اللهَ تَعَالَى يَقُولُ {أَوْ نِسَائِهِنَّ} [النور 31] فَلَيْسَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِنَّ
