البيهقي:١٣٢٧٥ – أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَقِيهُ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ ابْنُ عَمِّ أَبِي النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهُ أنبأ أَبُو النَّضْرِ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَيُّوبَ أنبأ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أنبأ الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ؓ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَأْكُلُ الْهَدِيَّةَ وَلَا يَأْكُلُ الصَّدَقَةَ  

أَخْرَجَهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ كَمَا مَضَى ذِكْرُهُ فِي آخِرِ كِتَابِ الْهِبَاتِ
