البيهقي:١٣٠٧١أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا سُفْيَانُ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ أَنَّ عُمَرَ ؓ لَمَّا دَوَّنَ الدَّوَاوِينَ فَقَالَ بِمَنْ تَرَوْنَ أَنْ أَبْدَأَ؟ فَقِيلَ لَهُ ابْدَأْ بِالْأَقْرَبِ فَالْأَقْرَبِ بِكَ قَالَ

بَلْ أَبْدَأُ بِالْأَقْرَبِ فَالْأَقْرَبِ بِرَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ
