البيهقي:١١٩٨٤أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ ثنا مَالِكٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ وَرِثَ حَفْصَةَ بِنْتَ عُمَرَ دَارَهَا قَالَ وَكَانَتْ حَفْصَةُ ؓ قَدْ أَسْكَنَتِ ابْنَةَ زَيْدِ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ مَا عَاشَتْ فَلَمَّا تُوُفِّيَتِ ابْنَةُ زَيْدٍ قَبَضَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْمَسْكَنَ وَرَأَى أَنَّهُ

لَهُ وَرَدَّ فِي الْعَارِيَةِ دُونَ الْعُمْرَى وَاللهُ أَعْلَمُ
