البيهقي:١١٧٠٣ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا أَبُو أُمَيَّةَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الطَّرَسُوسِيُّ ثنا مُعَلَّى بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ثنا خَالِدٌ عَنِ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ الْأَخْنَسِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُؤْخَذَ لِلْأَرْضِ أَجْرٌ أَوْ عَطَاءٌ

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاتِمٍ عَنْ مُعَلَّى بْنِ مَنْصُورٍ وَرَوَاهُ أَيْضًا رَبَاحُ بْنُ أَبِي مَعْرُوفٍ وَهَمَّامُ بْنُ يَحْيَى وَغَيْرُهُمَا عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ أَبِي رَبَاحٍ
