[Machine] That the Prophet ﷺ forbade gaining slave women.

البيهقي:١١٦٨٧ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ بَالَوَيْهِ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ غَالِبٍ ثنا مُسْلِمُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَأَبُو عُمَرَ قَالَا ثنا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُحَادَةَ عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ

أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ كَسْبِ الْإِمَاءِ

رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ يُحْتَمَلُ أَنْ يَكُونَ الْمُرَادُ بِالنَّهْيِ عَنْ كَسْبِ الْإِمَاءِ النَّهْيَ عَنْ كَسْبِ الْبَغِيِّ مِنْهُنَّ كَمَا رَوَى أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ الْأَنْصَارِيُّ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ نَهَى عَنْ مَهْرِ الْبَغِيِّ وَرَوَى رَافِعُ بْنُ خَدِيجٍ ؓ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ قَالَ مَهْرُ الْبَغِيِّ خَبِيثٌ وَقَدْ ذَكَرْنَاهُمَا فِي كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ
