[Machine] He said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade touching and throwing in sales, and then he explained the explanation that was mentioned in the hadith of Al-Layth.  

البيهقي:١٠٨٦٩ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ وَأَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ أنا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ أَخْبَرَنِي يُونُسُ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ

أَنَّهُ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمُلَامَسَةِ وَالْمُنَابَذَةِ فِي الْبَيْعِ ثُمَّ فَسَّرَ هَذَا التَّفْسِيرَ الَّذِي مَضَى فِي حَدِيثِ اللَّيْثِ
