[Machine] "Allah's Messenger ﷺ said, 'Whoever sells a slave and has money in return, the money belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise, and likewise.'"  

البيهقي:١٠٧٧٠ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ الْحَافِظُ حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَمْشَاذٍ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي اللَّيْثِ ثنا الْأَشْجَعِيُّ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللهِ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ

اللهِ ﷺ مَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا وَلَهُ مَالٌ فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُشْتَرِي وَكَذَلِكَ  

رَوَاهُ يَحْيَى الْقَطَّانُ وَغَيْرُهُ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ وَهُوَ مُرْسَلٌ حَسَنٌ وَرُوِيَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ ؓ بِإِسْنَادَيْنِ مُرْسَلَيْنِ مَرْفُوعًا
