[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to Uthman, "When you buy, weigh (the goods) and when you sell, give full measure." And it has also been narrated from other angles of the report that Uthman said this.  

البيهقي:١٠٦٩٨ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْأَصْبَهَانِيُّ أنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ السُّلَمِيُّ قَالُوا ثنا أَبُو صَالِحٍ حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ مُنْقِذٍ مَوْلَى سُرَاقَةَ عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ لِعُثْمَانَ إِذَا ابْتَعْتَ فَاكْتَلْ وَإِذَا بِعْتَ فَكِلْ وَرُوِيَ مِنْ أَوْجُهٍ أُخَرَ مُرْسَلًا عَنْ عُثْمَانَ
