البيهقي:١٠٦٤٤ – أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نَصْرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الشِّيرَازِيُّ الْفَقِيهُ ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ نُعَيْمٍ وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ قَالَا ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ثنا يَعْقُوبُ هُوَ ابْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْإِسْكَنْدَرَانِيُّ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ

نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ عَنِ الْمُحَاقَلَةِ وَالْمُزَابَنَةِ

رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ فِي الصَّحِيحِ عَنْ قُتَيْبَةَ 10645 وَرَوَاهُ شَرِيكٌ النَّخَعِيُّ عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ فَزَادَ فِيهِ فَأَمَّا الْمُزَابَنَةُ فَأَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ الثَّمَرَ فِي النَّخْلِ بِالتَّمْرِ وَأَمَّا الْمُحَاقَلَةُ أَنْ تَشْتَرِيَ الْحِنْطَةَ فِي السُّنْبُلِ بِالْحِنْطَةِ أَخْبَرَنَاهُ أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ بْنُ بِشْرَانَ أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ مَرْوَانَ ثنا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ أنا شَرِيكٌ فَذَكَرَهُ
