البيهقي:١٠٦٤٠ – وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ وَأَبُو زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ قَالَا ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ أنا الرَّبِيعُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ أنا الشَّافِعِيُّ أنا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ فَذَكَرَهُ بِمَعْنَاهُ إِلَّا أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا فِي الْحَدِيثِ وَالْمُحَاقَلَةُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ الرَّجُلُ الزَّرْعَ بِمِائَةِ فَرَقِ حِنْطَةٍ وَالْمُزَابَنَةُ

أَنْ يَبِيعَ الثَّمَرَ فِي رُءُوسِ النَّخْلِ بِمِائَةِ فَرَقِ تَمْرٍ وَالْمُخَابَرَةُ كِرَاءُ الْأَرْضِ بِالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ
