[Machine] "It was a custom of Umar, which the Prophet ﷺ forbade him to do, and said that it is a form of polytheism."
إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ يَمِينَ عُمَرَ فَنَهَاهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْهَا وَقَالَ إِنَّهَا شِرْكٌ
[Machine] And he said, "Indeed, it was a righteous oath of 'Umar, and the Prophet ﷺ prohibited him from it, and he said, 'Indeed, it is polytheism.'"
وَقَالَ إِنَّهَا كَانَتْ يَمِينَ عُمَرَ فَنَهَاهُ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ عَنْهَا وَقَالَ إِنَّهَا شِرْكٌ
