ahmad:457 – Zakariyyā b. Abū Zakariyyā > Yaḥyá b. Sulaym > Ismāʿīl b.uʾumayyah > ʿImrān b. Mannāḥ Qālaraʾá Abān b. ʿUthmān Janāzah Faqām Lahā > Raʾá ʿUthmān b. ʿAffān Janāzah Faqām Lahā Thum Ḥaddath

Aban bin ʿUthman ؓ saw a funeral and stood up for it. He said: ʿUthman bin ʿAffan ؓ saw a funeral and stood up for it, then he narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saw a funeral and stood up for it.  

أحمد:٤٥٧ – حَدَّثَنَا زَكَرِيَّا بْنُ أَبِي زَكَرِيَّا حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سُلَيْمٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُأُمَيَّةَ عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ مَنَّاحٍ قَالَرَأَى أَبَانُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ جَنَازَةً فَقَامَ لَهَا وَقَالَ رَأَى عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عَفَّانَ جَنَازَةً فَقَامَ لَهَا ثُمَّ حَدَّثَ

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ رَأَى جَنَازَةً فَقَامَ لَهَا
