"The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'How can I be comfortable when the one with the horn is holding it to his lip, his ears listening for when he will be ordered to blow, so he can blow.' It was as if that was very hard upon the Companions of the Prophet ﷺ, so he said to them: 'Say: "Allah is sufficent for us and what a good protector He is, and upon Allah we rely." [Abu' Eisa said:] This Hadith is Hasan. This Hadith has been reported through other routes from 'Atiyyah, from Abu Sa'eed [AlKhudri] from the Prophet SAW, similarly.  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَصَاحِبُ الْقَرْنِ قَدِ الْتَقَمَ الْقَرْنَ وَاسْتَمَعَ الإِذْنَ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ بِالنَّفْخِ فَيَنْفُخُ فَكَأَنَّ ذَلِكَ ثَقُلَ عَلَى أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ لَهُمْ قُولُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ عَلَى اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا  

that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "How can I be comfortable when the one with the horn is holding it in his lips and his forehead is leaning forward, waiting to be given permission to blow?" The Muslims said: "So what should we say, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Say: 'Allah is sufficient for us and what a good protector He is. We rely upon [our Lord] Allah'" - and perhaps Sufyan (one of the narrators) said: "upon Allah we rely."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَقَدِ الْتَقَمَ صَاحِبُ الْقَرْنِ الْقَرْنَ وَحَنَى جَبْهَتَهُ وَأَصْغَى سَمْعَهُ يَنْتَظِرُ أَنْ يُؤْمَرَ أَنْ يَنْفُخَ فَيَنْفُخَ قَالَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ فَكَيْفَ نَقُولُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ قُولُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ تَوَكَّلْنَا عَلَى اللَّهِ رَبِّنَا وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ سُفْيَانُ عَلَى اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا  

[Machine] The Prophet ﷺ said, "How can I be pleased, when the owner of the trumpet has already taken his breath and has bent his forehead, and he listens attentively waiting for the command (to blow the trumpet). The Muslims said, 'O Messenger of Allah! What should we say?' He said, 'Say, Allah is sufficient for us and He is the best disposer of affairs. In Allah we trust.'"  

عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَقَدِ الْتَقَمَ صَاحِبُ الْقَرْنِ الْقَرْنَ وَحَنَى جَبْهَتَهُ وَأَصْغَى سَمْعَهُ يَنْظُرُ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ قَالَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَمَا نَقُولُ؟ قَالَ قُولُوا حَسْبُنَا اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ عَلَى اللهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "How can I be pleased while the one with the horn has taken the horn and lowered his forehead, and he listens for when he will be commanded?" So the companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ heard this and were worried. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ then consoled them by saying, "Say: Sufficient for us is Allah, and He is the best disposer of affairs."  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَصَاحِبُ الْقَرْنِ قَدِ الْتَقَمَ الْقَرْنَ وَحَنَى جَبْهَتَهُ وَأَصْغَى السَّمْعَ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ قَالَ فَسَمِعَ ذَلِكَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللهِ ﷺ فَشَقَّ عَلَيْهِمْ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ قُولُوا حَسْبُنَا اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "How can I enjoy myself while the bearer of the horn (Angel Israfil) has placed it to his mouth and has bowed his forehead, and he is listening attentively, waiting for when he will be commanded?" The companions of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "What should we say, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "Say: Allah is sufficient for us and He is the best Disposer of affairs, and in Allah let those who trust, put their trust." This narration is attributed to Abu Sa'eed Atiyyah and is considered weak.  

فِي قَوْلِهِ ﷻ {فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ} [المؤمنون 101] قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَصَاحِبُ الصُّورِ قَدِ الْتَقَمَ الْقَرْنَ وَحَنَى جَبْهَتَهُ وَأَصْغَى بِسَمْعِهِ يَنْتَظِرُ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ» قَالَ أَصْحَابُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ ﷺ كَيْفَ نَقُولُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ «قُولُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ عَلَى اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "How will I be content while the one with the trumpet has placed it to his mouth and lowered his forehead, waiting for the command to blow?" We said, "O Messenger of Allah, what should we say on that day?" He said, "Say, 'Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.'"  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ «كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَصَاحِبُ الصُّوَرِ قَدِ الْتَقَمَ الْقَرْنَ وَحَنَى جَبْهَتَهُ يَنْتَظِرُ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ أَنْ يَنْفُخَ؟ » قَالَ قُلْنَا يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ فَمَا نَقُولُ يَوْمَئِذٍ؟ قَالَ «قُولُوا حَسْبُنَا اللَّهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah, ﷺ , said, "How blessed is the one with the horn in his hand, as the horn is waiting for the command to be blown into it?" They asked, "What should we say?" He said, "Say: 'Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of Affairs.'"  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَصَاحِبُ الْقَرْنِ قَدِ الْتَقَمَ الْقَرْنَ يَنْتَظِرُ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ فَيَنْفُخُ فِيهِ؟» قَالُوا فَمَا نَقُولُ؟ قَالَ «قُولُوا حَسْبُنَا اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ»  

[Machine] "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, 'How can I feel secure while the companion of the Horn has taken the horn in his mouth?' We, the messenger of Allah ﷺ , pointed to his forehead, saying, 'He is waiting for the command to blow.' They asked, 'O Messenger of Allah, what should we say?' He replied, 'Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best Disposer of affairs.' Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ recited, 'So when the Horn is blown'."  

أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَقَدِ الْتَقَمَ صَاحِبُ الْقَرْنِ الْقَرْنَ؟» وَحَنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ جَبْهَتَهُ «يَنْتَظِرُ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ فَيَنْفُخُ» قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ فَكَيْفَ نَقُولُ؟ قَالَ {حَسْبُنَا اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ} ثُمَّ قَرَأَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ {فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِي النَّاقُورِ}  

[Machine] "In his saying, 'When the trumpet is blown', he (the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ) said, 'How can I feel comfortable while the companion of the horn has already taken the horn?' And he pointed to his forehead saying, 'Does he listen to when he is commanded?' So his companions asked, 'Then what should we say?' He said, 'Say: Allah is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.'"  

فِي قَوْلِهِ {فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِي النَّاقُورِ} قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَصَاحِبُ الْقَرْنِ قَدِ الْتَقَمَ الْقَرْنَ؟» وَحَنَا جَبْهَتَهُ «يَسْتَمِعُ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ؟» فَقَالَ أَصْحَابُهُ فَكَيْفَ نَقُولُ؟ قَالَ «قُولُوا حَسْبُنَا اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ»  

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "How can I be at ease when the Angel of the Trumpet has placed his lips upon the Trumpet, waiting for the command to blow it?" They said, "What should we say, O Messenger of Allah?" He said, "Say: 'Allah is sufficient for us and the best of guardians.''' [Al-Imran 173] We rely upon Allah alone.  

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ «كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَصَاحِبُ الصُّوَرِ قَدِ الْتَقَمَ الْقَرْنَ وَأَصْغَى بِسَمْعِهِ وَحَنَا بِجَبْهَتِهِ يَنْتَظِرُ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ فَيَنْفُخُ؟» قَالُوا يَا رَسُولَ اللهٍ كَيْفَ نَقُولُ؟ قَالَ قُولُوا {حَسْبُنَا اللهُ وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ} [آل عمران 173] عَلَى اللهِ تَوَكَّلْنَا  

"لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ {فَإِذَا نُقِرَ فِى النَّاقُورِ} (*) قَالَ النَّبِىُّ ﷺ كَيْفَ أَنْعَمُ وَصَاحبُ الْقَرْنِ قَدْ الْتَقَمَ الْقَرْنَ وَحَنَى جَبْهَتَهُ لِيَسْتَمِعَ مَتَى يُؤْمَرُ فَيَنْفُخُ؟ فَقَالَ أَصْحَابُ النَّبِىِّ ﷺ : فَكَيْفَ نَقُولُ؟ قَالَ: قُولُوا: حَسْبُنَا الله وَنِعْمَ الْوَكِيلُ، عَلَى الله تَوَكَّلنَا".  

"كَيف أنعَمُ وَصَاحِبُ الصَّورِ قَد التَقَمَ القَرْنَ، وَحَنَى الجَبْهَة، وَأصْغَى السمع ينتظر متى يؤْمرُ بالنفخ فَيَنْفُخَ، قَالُوا: يا رسول الله! كيف نصْنَعُ؟ قال: قولوا: "حسبُنا الله ونعمَ الوَكِيلُ، عَلى الله تَوَكَّلنا".
