[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Indeed, there is wisdom in poetry." Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak said, "Mamar told me something similar, except that he replaced Abu Bakr with Uruwah."

أحمد:٢١١٥٨ – حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ عَنْالزُّهْرِيِّ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ أَخْبَرَنَا مَرْوَانَ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ يَغُوثَ عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّ مِنَ الشِّعْرِ حِكْمَةً قَالَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ وَحَدَّثَنِي مَعْمَرٌ مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءً غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ جَعَلَ مَكَانَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ عُرْوَةَ
