Blessing in the price of sold property

ahmad:18739 – Wakīʿ > Ismāʿīl b. Ibrāhīm, yaʿnī Ibn Muhājir > ʿAbd al-Malik b. ʿUmayr > Saʿīd b. Ḥurayth, akh li-ʿAmr b. Ḥurayth

[AI] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "Whoever sells a house or property and does not put its price into something similar, it is likely that it will not be blessed for him."

أحمد:١٨٧٣٩ – حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ حَدَّثَنِي إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُهَاجِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ أَخٍ لِعَمْرِو بْنِ حُرَيْثٍ قَالَ

قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: «مَنْ بَاعَ دَارًا أَوْ عَقَارًا، فَلَمْ يَجْعَلْ ثَمَنَهَا فِي مِثْلِهِ، كَانَ قَمِنًا أَنْ لَا يُبَارَكَ لَهُ فِيهِ»
