When the last ten nights of Ramadan came, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to tighten his izar and wake his wives up.  

أحمد:١١٠٥حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ حَدَّثَنِي يُوسُفُ الصَّفَّارُ مَوْلَى بَنِي أُمَيَّةَ وَسُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ قَالا حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ هُبَيْرَةَ بْنِ يَرِيمَ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِذَا دَخَلَ الْعَشْرُ الْأَوَاخِرُ شَدَّ الْمِئْزَرَ وَأَيْقَظَ نِسَاءَهُ قَالَ ابْنُ وَكِيعٍ رَفَعَ الْمِئْزَرَ
