[Machine] Narrated Prophet Muhammad ﷺ that a man had given him some date-palms or whatever Allah willed, until he had plenty of them. The man then began to withhold them, even though his family advised him to give some of them to the Prophet. And Prophet Muhammad ﷺ had given him some dates, from Umm Ayman or whatever Allah willed. So, I asked the Prophet ﷺ and he gave them to me. When Umm Ayman came, she placed a cloth on my neck and said, "No, by Allah, the One whom there is no god besides Him, you will not give them to him, even though the Prophet ﷺ has given you, or as she said. So, Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said to her, "Give her it exactly like that." And she (Umm Ayman) said, "No, by Allah." And Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said to her, "Give her it exactly like that." He kept on ordering her and she kept on refusing, until he gave her, and I assumed that he said, "Ten times its (original) amount," or he said, "Close to ten times its (original) amount," or as he said.

Would that you approached Abdullah b. Ubayy (to persuade him to accept Islam). The Prophet ﷺ (accordingly) went to him, riding a donkey, and (a party of) Muslims also went (with him). On the way they had to walk over a piece of land affected with salinity. When the Prophet ﷺ approached him, he said: Do not come near me. By Allah, the obnoxious smell of your donkey has offended me. (As a rejoinder to this remark), a man from the Ansar said: By God, the smell of the donkey of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is better than your smell. (At this), a man from the tribe of 'Abdullah got furious. Then people from both sides got furious and exchanged blows with sticks, hands and shoes. (The narrator says) that (after this scuffle) we learnt that (the Qur'anic verse):" It two parties of the Believers have a quarrel, make ye peace between them" (xlix. 9) was revealed about these fighting parties. (Using translation from Muslim 1799)

Anas b. Malik reported that Allah's Apostle ﷺ told me something secretly. I informed none about that and Umm Sulaim asked me about it, but I did not tell her even. (Using translation from Muslim 2482b)

[Machine] The Prophet of Allah ﷺ said, "The distance between my two sides is like the distance between Sana'a and Madinah, or like the distance between Madinah and Amman." Hisham was doubtful.

[Machine] "Indeed, the Prophet (PBUH) used to describe the sweat of women as resembling the sweat of a small black Arabian ram, neither large nor small. It would be divided into three parts, melted, and then drunk every day, one part."

ahmad:13296ʿAbd al-Ṣamad > Ḥammād > Thābit > Anas

[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ consulted the people on the day of Badr, and Abu Bakr spoke, but he turned away from him. Then 'Umar spoke, but he turned away from him. The Ansar said, "O Messenger of Allah, what do you want from us?" Al-Miqdad bin Al-Aswad said, "O Messenger of Allah, by the One in whose Hand is my soul, if you command us to plunge into the sea, we will surely do so, and if you command us to strike their chests until we reach the deepest part of the earth, we will surely do so. So, what is your command, O Messenger of Allah?" The Messenger of Allah then drew closer to his companions and set out until they reached Badr. A group of Quraysh was there, including a young man named Aswad from the Banu Hajjaj tribe. The companions of the Messenger of Allah captured him and asked him about Abu Sufyan and his companions. He said, "As for Abu Sufyan, I do not have any knowledge about him, but the Quraysh, Abu Jahl, and 'Umayyah bin Khalaf have come." They began to strike him, and whenever they hit him, he would say, "Yes, this is Abu Sufyan." When they stopped striking him, they asked him again about Abu Sufyan, and he replied, "I have no knowledge about Abu Sufyan, but the Quraysh, Abu Jahl, and the Messenger of Allah are praying." Then, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ raised his hand and said, "I swear by Allah, if any one of them moved me from the place of a hand-span, I would not have left any of them alive." The next day, Allah granted them victory over the disbelievers, and I swear by Allah, not a single man from them moved the Prophet even the width of a hand. Then, the Prophet went out to them after three days, when they were in a miserable condition, and said, "O Abu Jahl, O 'Utbah, O Shaybah, O 'Umayyah, have you found what your Lord promised you to be true? For I have indeed found what my Lord promised me to be true." 'Umar asked, "O Messenger of Allah, you are calling out to them after three days, even though they are in this condition?" The Prophet replied, "I am addressing them because they are unable to respond.' Then, he ordered that they be dragged with their legs and thrown into a well at Badr.

Then he passed by it and did not see it, so he asked, "What happened to the dome?" I said, "Its owner was informed of what you said, so he demolished it." [Machine] There was among us a man from the Banu Najar who had read Al-Baqarah and Al-Imran and used to write for the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He fled until he caught up with the People of the Book. They raised him up and said, "This is the one who used to write for Muhammad," and they were amazed by him. Allah then broke his neck among them, so they buried him and threw him on his face on the ground. Then they returned and dug for him and threw him on his face on the ground. Then they returned and dug for him and threw him on his face on the ground. Finally, they left him abandoned.

The Prophet ﷺ said: Soon there will appear disagreement and dissension in my people; there will be people who will be good in speech and bad in work. They recite the Qur'an, but it does not pass their collar-bones. They will swerve from the religion as an animal goes through the animal shot at. They will not return to it till the arrow comes back to its notch. They are worst of the people and animals. Happy is the one who kills them and they kill him. They call to the book of Allah, but they have nothing to do with it. He who fights against them will be nearer to Allah than them (the rest of the people). The people asked: What is their sign?
