[Machine] The Messenger of Allah ﷺ went out one day with some of his companions. They started walking and then the prayer time came, but they couldn't find water to perform ablution. They said, "O Messenger of Allah, we can't find any water to perform ablution." He saw the dislike in their faces about that. Then, a man from the group went and brought a small amount of water in a cup. Prophet Muhammad ﷺ took the cup and performed ablution from it. Then, he extended his four fingers over the cup and said, "Come and perform ablution." The people performed ablution until they had fulfilled their need. He was asked how many people performed ablution, and he said, "Seventy or something like that."

[Machine] The Ansar came to the Prophet ﷺ with their group and said, "Until when will we have to draw water from these wells? If only we had the Messenger of Allah ﷺ with us, he could supplicate to Allah and Allah would cause springs to burst forth from these mountains." So they came to the Prophet ﷺ with their group, and when he saw them, he said, "Welcome! You have come to us with a need." They said, "Yes, by Allah, O Messenger of Allah." He said, "Know that today you will not ask me for anything except that I will grant it to you, and I will not ask Allah for anything except that He will give it to me." So some of them went to others and said, "You want the worldly gains, but ask for the Hereafter." So they said, with their group, "O Messenger of Allah, supplicate to Allah to forgive us." He said, "O Allah, forgive the Ansar, the children of the Ansar, and the grandchildren of the Ansar." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, what about our children who are not from us?" He said, "And the children of the Ansar." They said, "O Messenger of Allah, what about our freed slaves?" He said, "And the freed slaves of the Ansar." My mother told me that Umm Al-Hakam bint Al-Nu'man bin Suhban narrated to her that she had heard Anas say something similar about the Prophet ﷺ, except that he added more details about the locations of the Ansar.
