[Machine] Anas used to speak in threes, and he used to mention that the Prophet ﷺ also used to speak in threes. He used to seek permission three times. Abu Sa'eed said, and narrated to us afterwards with this hadith, that the Prophet ﷺ used to seek permission three times.  

أحمد:١٣٣٠٨حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي هَاشِمٍ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّىقَالَ سَمِعْتُ ثُمَامَةَ بْنَ أَنَسٍ يَذْكُرُ

أَنَّ أَنَسًا كَانَ إِذَا تَكَلَّمَ تَكَلَّمَ ثَلَاثًا وَيَذْكُرُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ إِذَا تَكَلَّمَ تَكَلَّمَ ثَلَاثًا وَكَانَ يَسْتَأْذِنُ ثَلَاثًا قَالَ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ وَحَدَّثَنَا بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ بِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ ﷺ كَانَ يَسْتَأْذِنُ ثَلَاثًا
